Good road leaving Almaty, road really close to the Kyrgastan border for most of the day. Short day, we didn't get much sleep, so we called it off early, about 5:00, since we left Almaty at 4:00 pm after only a short ride. We stopped at "Car City" on the way out of Almaty to try and find a Rad cap for Petars bike. Couldn't find one, and Cory at a bad meetball from a street vendor which percolated for the rest of the day.
We called it Camp Zombie, because we didn't get any sleep the night before thanks to our friend Fred, who kept us out all night at the club.
We woke up the next day to a local Herdsman and his herd of Cows, he had come by to say hi.
