Bogota.. last day.

9:00 am rolled around too quickly for our last day in Bogota and the Cranky Croc Hostel.

Troy was up first, eager to get started on trying to source a new Helmet Camera for himself.  He was trying to make arrangements to purchase one locally, after considering having one sent from the US over Ebay.

I had been feeling a little stiff these last few days, and realized that my yoga practice, which has been diligent for the last year,  had fallen a bit.

So I slipped my headphones on, and unrolled my mat in the common room.  Beginning to breath to the sounds of my teacher Sasha,  it was apparent right away, that even 4 days without yoga could make a difference, as I struggled to focus on the postures I had done a 100 times before.   Within a few minutes however, the breathing and poses had the desired effect, and my concentration narrowed and focus sharpened, as I worked at stretching my body and clearing my mind.

Retuning to our room refreshed and relaxed, both Troy and Darren were packing up their respective gear after the week long stay.

We said our goodbyes to the friendly staff and guests at the Hostel, we attempted to make our way to the address Troy had been given to pick up the Helmet Cam.  After 2 hours of riding around in a city of 7.5 million people, where it is not a stretch to say that EVERY street is under construction, we were still no closer to finding the address, even with 3 GPS's guiding us.    At about 4:00, we all agreed it was time to give up. and make our way out of Bogota and head North.. that's right.. North.

:)

Laura, our ever cheerful Hostel host.  All 5 feet and 80 lbs of her.

Troy, happy to finally be clear of Bogota traffic
