After being in San Pedro de Atacama for 12 days, waiting for the passes to Argentina to open, we've decided to turn back and head north.
It was not an easy decision.
Troy is in Argentina, and has been waiting in Buenos Aries. He even pushed his flight back a week so he could spend more time with us.
I am seriously bummed out about not being able to see my buddy again before he leaves.
This situation sucks.

It's no one's fault, but it is extremely frustrating nonetheless.
We're heading north to Arica in Chile, then back into Peru where we will decide what to do then.
Zane is still with us, but will be heading back into Boliva at Arica to sell his bike, and head off to India.

ReplyDeleteWe have arrived home from our trip to the British Isles. Had a real good time but nothing compared to your travels. Zane was very lucky to come out of that experience alive, I know you are disappointed not to be able to see Troy. Stay safe. I worry about you. The pictures you send are absolutely beautiful. Of course you have a very pretty subject.
