After waiting, and waiting.. and waiting, we got confirmation of our parts shipments on the weekend, and with this info in hand, decided to tear into the bike to get it ready. For a clutch replacement on the R1200GSA, you need to split the bike into two pieces.
This isn't a trivial process.
Everything however came apart fairly smoothly without too much issue.

Now, we hope the parts arrive today safely, and we can get to work putting it back together.
